Yep, you're right. I inferred it from what he said. Maybe he was delivering the official BoB message back when, and now keeping Goon under their thumb isn't as feasible as they were boasting so they have to come up with all this tortured logic about how them holding an entire region doesn't qualify as "building up in 0.0 at all". Or, maybe it was just DBP's opinion about what BoB would do. Don't know. Don't really care. As DBP said my question was answered a long time ago (though it would have been cool if someone from Goon came on and talked a little about their accomplishments and aspirations). Threads are kind of like sea-monkeys around here. If you add a little water, they turn into BoB threads and start swimming around on their own.

Or just maybe, like dbp actually stated in his reply, BoB will decide when they make their move to punish Goons again.
Nowhere did they say and noone but the most stupid would think BoB had no other things to care about but to wait for Goons to finally erect a few towers to claim sov somewhere.
BoB just had a war with ASCN and now other things are on their schedule. For one thing i really doubt they are done with Goons yet but i also - in my opinion - believe that they arent foolish enough to rush into something just because some bored forum ppl think they broke their word by not acting in an eyeblink.
Yet this post is not even covering the political situation in the south, a situation BoB is well aware of which makes an all out strike, atleast at this point of time, unlikely (once again in my limited view on things).
Lets wait for goonswarms first 10ish+few outposts, their first 100 cap ships and first 200 large sov claiming deathstar pos before we judge if it should be time for bobs move. Since thats the weightclass they are punching in and what they consider significant.
